Cheri Note Productions  promotes Cheri 'Note' Anderson, singer-songwriter and creator of Jazzin' the Spirit...positive music infused with jazz and inspirational lyrics.  Cheri Anderson through Cheri Note Productions provides service as a Vocal Performance Coach to professional, as well as amateur singers and spoken word artists.  CNP also provides a performance platform for independent artists to express themselves in it's concerts and special events.

Cheri Note Productions sponsors Jazzin' the Spirit Positive Music.  It all started with Cheri Note's first inspirational cd entitled Inspirations. This five song Cd included songs she created and co-created that had jazz influence with inspirational lyrics.  Cheri Note was inspired with the title Jazzin' the Spirit, which means evoking the universal Spirit of Life through jazz music and inspirational lyrics while walking through her beautiful neighborhood in Altadena, CA.   

Cheri Note named her new Cd Jazzin' the Spirit.  Having promoted many shows in the past, Cheri hosted a "Backyard Concert" Series to promote Jazzin' the Spirit cd.  The Concerts were a hit as Cheri invited independent Artists from southern and northern California to participate.  The Artists had something in common, inspirational messages.  This was an "aha" moment for Cheri in recognizing the niche' of positive music!

Cheri was soon invited to co-create a Jazzin' the Spirit event, once a month, in northern California.  This included music, spoken word, and drumming by local Artists.  Cheri was compelled to expand this event into a music movement as a means to introduce this powerful music medium that showcases independent Artists in concerts promoted by Cheri Note Productions.

Thus far, Jazzin' the Spirit has created a buzz in southern and northern California. Cheri Note's “vision”is to inject people with joy, hope, healing, and inspiration as an Artist and as an Advocate of positive music has dove tailed into a new paradigm, meditation cd's that feature positive affirmations with jazz infused inspirational music. 

The first cd of this kind is One With Spirit, a fifteen minute healing meditation cd.  A collaboration of songs by Cheri Note, words by Anita Thomas, and music by Marlo Henderson has launched! 

Now, the charge is to get ready for Jazzin' the Spirit Volume II!  A fundraising campaign is now underway!  Check it out!
